Downstairs off the living room, you will find a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub and a walk in shower and a large walk in closet. A comfortable king bed and modern coastal furnishings complete the relaxing atmosphere.
As you enter the large living room with high ceilings and an incredible view to the pool and preserve out the back sliding doors, you can enjoy a show on the smart TV or just lounge on the comfortable, deep couches.
Off the living room is a dining room with seating for 8 in addition to a breakfast nook off the kitchen that seats 4.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal or a full blown feast. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, baking dishes and appliances.
Off the kitchen there is a hallway leading to two bedrooms one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a hallway bathroom with a tub.
On the other side of the living room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with a queen bed and modern furnishings. This hallway has a bath that includes a shower and leads out to the pool area.
Upstairs is a large cozy space perfect for the kids to enjoy some games, toys and a space to themselves with 2 twin bunk beds and a half bath.
Walk outside to your own private pool oasis. With 4 pool loungers around a large pool plus a covered area that includes dining set for 4 and a seating area for 4, everyone in your group can get their dose of Florida sunshine and relaxing.

Communication between the host and myself was great. I had many questions about the property and the surrounding area and all of them were answered. We are a family of 6 adults and 5 “littles”. The house was a perfect setup for us and each family had their own bathroom. Plenty of beach toys/chairs along with a cart and umbrella. There were games and children’s toys which the girls loved!!We found a few issues after we arrived but the host worked with us to resolve them. Would definitely book this rental again!!

Beautiful home, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the pool! The large living room and kitchen area worked for our family really well. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very accommodating to our needs with having additional young children. The local management team was prompt to respond to our requests, and very friendly. The one thing that I do not remember seeing in the listing is that the upstairs bunk room is actually an open loft to the living room. This made it difficult getting the children to bed because of the light & noise from downstairs. Also, it meant that the warm air from the daytime heat rose to that room rather significantly, and the thermostat is locked at 72. So the upstairs got up to about 78, and took all evening to cool down to a tolerable, though not totally cool, temperature. But overall, it was great and we would consider booking again.

We had the best time staying at this house! Pool area was nice and plenty of chairs for relaxing. We had 11 people staying and it was nice to have so much room! We spent time at the beach as well and the house had some beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a large cooler which made beach days so nice! If we venture back to this area we would definitely stay here again!
