***Construction Notice – August 2026 through March 2027***

Blue Surf will be undergoing a multi-phase exterior renovation project beginning August 2, 2026, with work currently anticipated to continue through approximately March 31, 2027. The project includes replacing windows and sliding glass doors, updating balconies and railings, and removing and replacing the building's stone façade. These improvements are designed to enhance the property for years to come.

The renovation schedule is currently planned as follows:

East Building:

Units #1–#5: August 2 – September 25, 2026
Units #6–#9: September 1 – October 15, 2026

North Building:

All North Building Units #10 - #17: October 2 – December 31, 2026

West Building:

Units #18–#21: January 1 – February 15, 2027
Units #22–#25: February 2 – March 31, 2027

Please note that all construction dates are estimates and are subject to change due to weather, unforeseen conditions, or project scheduling.

Guests staying during an active construction phase may occasionally experience construction noise during normal daytime working hours and may see contractors and equipment on the property. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and all community amenities, including beach access and the pool, are expected to remain available unless otherwise noted.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as Blue Surf undergoes these exciting improvements to provide an even better experience for our owners and guests.

The kitchen is well stocked including pots and pans, dishes, crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, grilling tools, etc. There is also seating for 6 along with a smart TV mounted to the wall in the kitchen.

If you don't feel like cooking after a long day in the sun, you could take a short walk to one of the several locally owned restaurants in the area.

This location also has private FREE WI-FI for faster connection speed.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen size Posturepedic mattress, flat screen smart TV and large closet with sliding doors leading to your private patio and new patio furniture to enjoy while drinking your morning coffee. The sliding doors also have black out curtains for privacy and those who want a little extra sleeping time in the mornings.

Upstairs boasts a large living space with a new couch and 2 new swivel rocker chairs and 65 in. flat screen smart TV.

Enjoy a large primary bedroom with a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, plantation shutters and plenty of closet and dresser space. There is also a TV in the primary bedroom.

The 2 bedrooms are on opposites sides of the condo and even on different floors, providing the most privacy for the sleeping areas.

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with large vanities and showers. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and the downstairs bathroom is a walk-in shower with glass sliding doors.

We also offer an inflatable queen size air mattress that fits perfectly in the living room for extra sleeping space.

There is a frontload washer & dryer on first floor level as well for your convenience.

The Blue Surf complex has been a favorite of travelers for years.
The small size of the complex, with only 34 units, makes for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all guests no matter what the age.

You will enjoy the beautiful landscaping of Blue Surf whether you are sitting on your balcony or hanging out in the courtyard. There is plenty of space to throw a Frisbee or football, a seasonally heated pool and incredible accessibility to the Emerald Coast white sand as far as you can see. There is even a crosswalk right in front of Blue Surf that takes you directly over to the beach! You can even enjoy a game of shuffleboard on the newly resurfaced court! All of this comes with the sound of the waves in the background, it will be sure to meet your expectations for a relaxing get away.

Pompano Joe's restaurant is right across the street for easy access to great food and drinks with Happy Hour daily from 2p-4p with great food and beverage discounts. You can hang out at the beach bar at one of many picnic tables while enjoying all that Pompano's has to offer. It is a great place for both adults and kids!

This unit also comes with 2 reserved spaces for parking conveniently right outside the front door.

All of our units at Blue Surf offer beach service for our guests. Beach service is 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily for you during your visit. Service dates: March 1 - October 31st. ($75/day value) Having the beach service provided with your booking is a great amenity for our guests.
