It is a cute and cozy house. Fenced in yard with many chairs was great for the two young kids we brought. They also had lovely flowers. Good kitchen seating. Appropriately stocked kitchen, washer dryer. Wifi straightforward and worked well. Standard simple exit instructions. This would have been five stars, but the hot water was out when we were there. Our stay was only one night and in the morning when we realized, I reached out via message and phone. I heard back 2 hours later which was after the check out time, so we had already left to catch our flight. Assuming they normally have hot water or if we were staying longer they had the opportunity to fix it- unlucky for us

Very clean with great air conditioning!

Thank you for the quick, easy and excellent stay!

Inadequate lighting for reading with only one floor lamp. Otherwise it was overhead lighting. The DR had a tall bar table and only 4 stools with backs. There were no end tables in the bedroom so things had to be stored on the windowsill. Blinds hard to adjust.
