Fully-stocked kitchen. Three SmarTVs w/Chromecast for your streaming needs, YouTube TV for local channels. A/C, full-size W/D, AT&T high speed WiFi. Living room with sofabed and gas fireplace. Front patio with fire pit, bbq in back yard. Full-size W/D in single car garage.
Plenty of free parking out front in addition to one car garage.

Walking distance to best restaurants, shops, bars -- and only four blocks to beach! Less than 1/2 mile to the ocean, 12 blocks to the bay. Most places are within easy walking distance -- park your car (or Uber/Lyft) and walk/bike everywhere! Feel free to ask for recommendations.

This house has everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Rowena is super responsive and helpful with local knowledge. It's a great location to get to the Zoo, whale watch, or La Jolla, and walkable to a cute cafe around the corner. I would definitely stay there again!

The host Rowena was super to deal with. Very quick to respond and provide recommendations. The place has all kinds of amenities and is so comfortable.Very clean. Highly recommended!

This was a great place for a father son trip. We enjoyed the firepit at night, the bikes, and the wetsuits.
