Excellent property at a GREAT location!! We went during Semana Santa (Easter) week and all processions pass right in front of this property. Very clean and comfortable home indeed.

This was a great place to stay with our 3 adult children, son in law and 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and yet be together in the common area. Our Grandchildren (toddler and 4 year old) had plenty of room to be free, run around and play. The location is amazing!
There are two small stores right next store for easy access to supplies. The old Merced Catholic Church is a few hundred feet away which is an amazing tourist site. It is a short walk to the square with plenty of restaurants around.
Our host communicated well before arriving, super responsive and very friendly. One day while we were away, they notified us that there was a broken water main which may possibly affect us. The water was out for a few hours, which was not a big deal, but it was super kind that the host gave us notice that this was an issue. And to be clear it was Antigua city that caused this problem not the property itself.
I would highly recommend this home to others and the host has our highest endorsement.
