Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes. Less than 15 minutes to Disney, the villa is ideally located for theme parks, shops, restaurants and golf courses. If you are looking for a spacious villa with privacy, look no further. There is over 2800 sq. ft. of living space comprising 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 separate lounges, modern fully equipped kitchen and full size pool table. If you are a golfer there is a couple of sets (maybe not top class) Free WI-FI, Five TV.s, If you have a fire stick take that with you and you can link into your home favourites. Or just choose a book from the selection in the villa and relax by the pool. The barbecue and covered lanai are very popular for that evening al fresco dining, especially as the sun deck area has been greatly extended and the pool, deck and lanai are not overlooked. The villa is located within 5 minutes of interstate 4, giving access to all of the theme parks and the beautiful gulf beaches, the villa is also ideally located for numerous golf courses and shops. We just want you to enjoy the villa and the surrounding areas and have a great vacation.

We have had a lovely stay at this villa in Florida. Four adults and two children. There was everything we could possibly need, particularly happy with the surround for the pool that stopped our one year old falling in. We were very comfortable here . The communication with the owner was excellent. Kath was very approachable and answered any queries very quickly.

Communication with the host was excellent. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. Could use a bit of upgrading of some of the blinds. Unfortunately when we were there the weather was unusually cold so we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted even though it was heated. Great villa for families.

Wonderful Villa. Very, very clean. Spacious. Great home amenities. Pool with privacy. Great Neighborhood and Great Location --- The only exception here is that there is a bit of nearby traffic noise sometimes.•Was there anything at all that was less than perfect?Air Conditioning is locked and cannot be set lower than 75 F. Even with other measures in place, it was a little uncomfortable sometimes, especially in the west-facing rooms in the evenings with the sun beaming.Pool was not heated well on some days. We just did other activities instead. The day before our checkout, the Hot Tub (Spa) blower/jets would not work that day. We did try to get this remedied. We called the Pool Maintenance Business (info listed in the Villa Information Binder) and left a voice mail. We did not hear back from that business.
