The screened lanai at Otter Lagoon looks out over the lagoon — herons glide through most mornings before the day gets started. This is a One Particular Harbour condo with a view specific to this unit, and it sets the tone for the kind of stay that ends with families booking the same week next year.
The condo sleeps seven across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with lagoon views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the seventh guest. Three full bathrooms means a group of seven never has to coordinate the morning routine.
The living area has a 65" smart TV and a sectional built for movie nights. The Wii and PS3 — along with board games and puzzles — have produced some of the most-reviewed moments in this unit's history. One family's 12-year-old was, in their words, "BEYOND excited about the gaming systems." Otter Lagoon has been the setting for graduation celebrations,
Thanksgiving beach escapes, and family reunions that guests describe as their best vacation memories.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi and a quiet work area make extended stays and remote work genuinely functional.
Outside, the resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. The free island trolley and complimentary bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and wagon are available for the stay. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.
Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.
Pet-friendly for dogs up to 25 lbs.
Otter Lagoon requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

We've stayed in this community several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of our favorite places near Anna Maria Island. The location is perfect. You're just minutes from the island but away from the crowds. It's especially great if you're traveling with dogs, with plenty of walking paths, birding trails, and beautiful water views.The condo itself was tastefully furnished, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It's an ideal space for couples and/or a family. The screened in porch is a great place to unwind. The pool area is a bit disappointing, as it's very small and gets crowded quickly in the summer. It would be nice if we had access to one of the additional community pools. (Side note: apparently, guest can pay an additional fee to the neighboring Compass Hotel for a day pass to use their pool.)My only suggestion would be to simplify the check-in & out process. Driving to Anna Maria Island to pick up the keys during peak traffic added a lot of time, so a lockbox or keypad entry would make arrival much easier. We also had about a one-hour delay at check-in because the condo was still being cleaned, but we believe that was just an isolated situation. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and are already planning our next trip. We highly recommend this condo and this community to anyone visiting the area!

This property was excellent, it had everything that it advertised in the listing. Check in was easy and a breeze, the property management texted with us prior to our stay and promptly answered our questions. The location was perfect, just off the North Bridge to the Island, it was always a quick drive even during busy hours. The condo was clean and obviously well cared for. Having the 3 beds/bath was perfect for our group (Mom and Dad, Grandparents, 3 small children) as we all had our private space when needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed for cooking and dinning. We loved having the games and the screened in porch to enjoy. Definitely recommend this property.

We stayed for a Spring Break trip. We'd never visited the area. Always hard to know exactly what to expect, but it was fabulous. We had wonderful weather and the condo was simply fantastic. Stocked with all the kitchen essentials, clean, comfortable, spacious for a family of 5, etc. Loved the screened in porch and appreciated the extras (even though we didn't use them) like Wii and PS3 with plenty of games and also a collection of DVDs. If there had been rain, we would have been covered. enjoyed walking the property. Weather during this time was perfect -- dry and mid-60s to upper 70s. I liked the location for it's space although I did wish a little that we had stayed on AMI for convenience. Traffic to get to the island in the mornings was insane and then once on the island traffic is rough. But it was also nice to not be part of that congestion every day and have some space. And that was really the only negative -- the traffic. Getting out of the area through Bradenton (which is basically the only way out) was often very congested as well. I was told that Spring Break it's the busiest season in this area. Would definitely recommend this condo.
