The 57 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, rust5.4, in the Binz-Prora Beach Residences—featuring a balcony and a beautiful, unobstructed ocean view—accommodates up to 4 people and is located right on the beach. Your vacation home features a bathroom and a separate bedroom. Just a few steps away, and you’ll find yourself on the island’s kilometer-long sandy beach.
The Location
The light-filled apartment faces northeast and is located on the fifth floor—the top floor—of the Dänholm building. The Baltic Sea is right at your doorstep—the fine-sand, kilometer-long South Beach is just 130 meters away. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion options for your visit: the Prora Documentation Center, the Prora Center, the Rügen Classic Car Museum, the Rügen NVA Museum, the Galileo World of Knowledge Rügen, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Natural Heritage Center with its treetop trail, as well as the popular Karls Adventure Village in Zirkow. Within walking distance, you’ll find two bakeries, several bistros, a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops, and a bike rental shop. A sailing school is located about 3 km away. At the nearby Dormero Strandhotel (about 800 m), you can purchase day passes and enjoy the pool, sauna, and fitness area to your heart’s content.
