Pro's: The house and outdoor areas were spacious and had interesting Hollywood decor. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained: pool/hot tub, pool table, game room, open living room/kitchen set up for board games, dining and multiple conversation areas. Cons: We booked a year ago and listing said parking was for 6 cars--it changed to 3 cars later because the garage was turned into a game room which presented a challenge for us since there were 6 families coming from different parts of the U.S. I've rented a lot of vacation homes and this one had no basic supplies like coffee, Kleenex, or salt/pepper which was a rude awakening the next morning! The casita was comfortable but in the 100 degree heat, the metal door swelled and wouldn't lock from the outside during the hot hours of the day. But aside from the few cons, it was a wonderful stay and we had a marvelous time!

The Hollywood Property had a great vibe, excellent area and close proximity to everything we needed to make the vacation complete

Beautiful theme deco, weather did not cooperate but we all were able to have plenty of space and very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood house for our group of 10, which included 4 kiddos between the ages of 8 and 11. The house has a good layout for this sized group and the backyard with the various amenities was super fun. Things that are less fun were the booking process that includes lengthy waivers and a background check, some maintenance issues with the home, the home not being fully clean upon arrival and multiple fees that significantly added to our final bill. The management company is focused on the business and delivering a great experience at a clean, high-end property seems to be of a lower priority. Overall we had a good stay here but it wasn't perfect.
