Where to begin. When we first showed up and walked up the stairs I was amazed at how adorable this place was. I had to double back and get a walk through video. Although i brought my own toiletries, each bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo conditioner, body wash, face wash, and lotion. Fully stocked on towels as well as beach towels for hot springs. The place was clean. I forgot to pack my house shoes and I’m weird about my feet touching the ground (except for in my own bedroom) and walking on the floor didn’t totally freak me out here. Some cobwebs but cobwebs aren’t enough to illicit a lesser star rating. Steps from the room is a very beautiful quiet view of the river was a little bench. My uncle actually caught photos of bears in that exact location when he was in the area last.

Great place. Just the basics, but everything you need. Besides who spends time in the condo when in Ouray!

I stayed here with my two kids (who are 7 and 10). The space was clean and cozy. The location is great, you walk to just about everything. It's easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

Perfect location. Beautiful, clean property.
