The third floor master bedroom offers a king sized bed, a private balcony, a coffee and wine bar, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk in shower. Walk down to the second floor and find the main living level. On this level you'll find a spacious living room with a large wall mounted flat screen TV perfect for family movie nights. This floor also includes a full bath with a shower, a bedroom with two queen beds and a flat screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a large island. The generous balcony offers a great spot to enjoy warm Florida evenings, and the living room sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space.

The first floor features a secondary living room with another sleeper sofa and a wall mounted flat screen TV, plus two guest bedrooms. The mother in law suite includes a comfortable queen bed and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, while the kids bedroom offers two queen beds and a flat screen TV.
