Come join us at Almost Phamily for a vacation you will always remember. This beautiful, fully renovated cottage is just waiting for your family to enjoy. With two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds, there is plenty of room for your family to enjoy while visiting all that Atlantic Beach has to offer. With one bathroom located downstairs, when you come back from the beautiful, sandy beach, just jump in the shower to rinse off from the day and get ready for your night out on the town. Or bring your own boat and use the ramp at the end of the road. Enjoy your day fishing or just checking out the different islands and shells. Only two blocks away are the beach access, Dairy Queen, a night out at the Growler and other stores in walking distance. We would love to have you visit our home and become Almost Phamily.

Very clean and well managed. Short walk to the beach was awesome.

We had the best stay at this property. It was clean and updated. The two teenage girls weren't big fans of having to go up and down the stairs to get to the outside 2nd bathroom but that was our only complaint.Teresa, the property manager, was great and very responsive. We will stay here again for sure!!

The property is on a quiet street, well-maintained and exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the property, particularly the location and the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to all our requests and handled them with professionalism. I would go back and rent this property again! You wont be disappointed.

Reviewer Comments:
Nice little keys style house on stilts. Nice quiet area a minutes walk to the beach. A couple minutes drive to the grocery and several restaurants to choose from. We stayed 8 months for work and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would note is that it’s advertised as a 2 bathroom dwelling. The second bathroom is actually outside next to the storage area. No big deal. We never used it but I can see where it would come in use coming back from the beach. It would be a no go during winter months though. I would stay here again if vacationing in Atlantic Beach.
