The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms, offering everything one can imagine for a comfortable and memorable stay. Pool heating up to 28?C is available with an additional charge of 35EUR/day. Please be advised that a notice is required at least 3 days in advance to preheat the water.???An experienced concierge will be available to welcome you and assist you with any requests and recommendations. The Villa is located in Ixia, a suburb of Rhodes Town, close to Ialyssos Beach and the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.???Important note: The climate fee is not included and is paid upon arrival ?-Current Climate fee:15 Euros per day for stays April to October / 4 Euros per day for stays November to March?-A gardener is scheduled to visit the villa every Saturday at approximately 11:00 a.m.?-Visits are not allowed. Only the residents can access the house. In the event of a violation, the owner has the right to request the immediate removal of the guests from the villa, without being obliged to refund the corresponding amount to the guest, while retaining the right to request compensation for the use of the facilities by persons not included in the agreed number of the reservation.
