NEWLY ADDED - 2nd bathroom with access from Bedroom #1. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, this country ranch home sits on 80 acres of farm, pasture and hay land. Spacious patio and outdoor seating. Separate entrance to the Sportsman Room for hunting gear, boots and clothes storage. The yard is extensive and there is plenty of parking. There is a pond located on the property and fishing equipment available if you’re up for a fishing adventure. Try out the portable target for some shooting on the range. Spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and large living room.
No indoor pets allowed - HUNTERS please inquire about possible hunting dog accommodations.
Close to both Highway 54 and 59. Restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes, shopping within 15 to 30 minutes.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Bacon 5 Ranch in Moran! This 80-acre farm was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—it had everything we needed to feel right at home.The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was so quiet and tranquil, and the sunsets over the Kansas landscape were absolutely breathtaking. If you’re looking for a spot that offers both 'comfort home' vibes and wide-open spaces, this is it. Thank you for hosting us!

This was our third stay at this home and it now feels like our home away from home. We recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet setting and hosts that are very accommodating.

While we could say the home was clean, the hosts wonderful, and the home was comforable and well taken care of, what stuck out the most was the history of this home. The host took the time in a book to tell us the history of this farm home and the people who lovingly called this their home. That was special to this home. Looking around it was easy to see what this home meant to the family. And to share that home and its memories with the strangers who pass through to stay. That was something unique and special. I encourage anyone who comes to the area to stay. You’ll love that it’s clean, cozy, well kept and comfortable. But you’ll also get a glimpse and a special piece of someone’s history at the farm. And that is probably the most special piece.
