Welcome to our large, spacious home in Princeville, Kauai. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone who loves to spread out, this 2000 sq ft 3 bedroom home has been painstakingly remodeled with luxury finishes throughout.
Located in a quiet, stunning neighborhood just a short walk from world famous Anini Beach. We are also under 10 minutes from Hanalei!
Nestled in the most luxurious neighborhood of Princeville, we are walking distance to Princeville shopping center, restaurants, and parks.
This is a newly remodeled, spacious, modern home in the heart of
Princeville at Hanalei in Kauai. Just 2 minutes from Anini Beach, a 10 minute drive from World Famous Hanalei Bay, and dozens of fantastic shopping and restaurant options. We furnished this space with luxury and comfort in mind and it is truly one of a kind in this area.
Our home is two stories with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests, including 4 Queen Beds beds,, one sleeper sofa that is a queen, and one aerobed for the living room. We also have a beautiful and large lanai (patio) with comfortable outdoor furniture.
This home boasts beautiful new flooring, paint, and artwork, with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the home. We have blazing fast internet for those that would like to work from home on vacation.
The space is built for families, friends, and surf-bums alike.
We have an at home gym in our garage for fitness seekers that want to get some exercise in before jetting to the beach.
The entire purpose of this home is to give visitors to Princeville easy access to all Kauai has to offer, while simultaneously feeling the escape of Hawaii's incredible beaches and hikes. This location is perfect for hikers, or those that like to hang at the beach for recreation or sport.
The home has brand new, comfortable queen beds with down comforters, duvets and large pillows.
The unit has several brand new appliances, and a large in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. We have plenty of dishware and cooking utensils for our guests, and a single serve coffee machine with coffee pods provided.
The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, Hulu, and other channels for your viewing pleasure. We're equipped with high-speed Wifi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are all provided for our guests' comfort.
This is a perfect space for business travelers, families, or a quick weekend getaway from neighboring islands. Eat at one of our many local famous restaurants, or go grocery shopping nearby and cook at the cabin. There's plenty of free parking on the property.

Place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check out process is simple. Jake is very easy to communicate with. Garage gym is a plus! Will look to stay here again next time around.

Host was great. Large house, great for families. Close to everything on the North of Kauai. Outdoor shower was nice for cleaning up after beach trips. House was clean.

This property looked ideal for our group of 5 women traveling for a 50th birthday. We sought comfy, modern and relaxing, in or around Princeville, but this didn't quite fit the bill.The Good: The beds were comfortable and cleanThe kitchen had modern appliances, all of which functioned well. The space is large and comfortable for a group up to 6 people. The backyard is private and large The gym in the garage is very nice. Beach equipment was available. The second floor view is beautiful and the upper patio feels glamorous. The upstairs bath is huge. The BADThis home is being beaten up as an income property. Excessive wear and tear was rampant throughout the space. The tables and chairs inside and out had dirty upholstery, damaged paint, and a general lack of care. The tidy grill pictured has been replaced with a rusty gas grill. The sliding screen doors to both patios were broken and needed repairs. The rugs inside the home were badly stained and mismatched. The rugs outside should be thrown away. There was a strong mildew smell in the laundry room, and both downstairs bathrooms also had an odor of either mold or urine. Water damage was evident in one bedroom. This was communicated to the host, who requested pics. They were sent and he said he'd talk to the cleaning company, but no remedy (Send a cleaning crew or handyman? Apologize?)was offered to improve our experience, which was disappointing. Despite great potential this home needs real work.
