We enjoyed the pool but every day we had to clean the deck and the pool. The pool does not have much sun on it, more shade. Lots of trees around the pool that drop debris in the pool. The home needs a deep cleaning lots of stains on furniture. Beach Properties were very responsive to our needs, had a couple of issues that they resolved immediately. For the first time renting a home we enjoyed the property overall. Will be doing it again next year. Had 8 adults and 4 children and the bedrooms work out for our family.

We stayed for a week at 184 Mooring Buoy. The property was beautiful and the house was immaculate. The pool, views and living spaces were all even better than we expected. The communication from the host was timely and helpful. We had our dog with us and she was nicely welcomed. She enjoyed sitting out in the sun while we used the pool.

Place was very nice. Beds comfortable. Ample amounts of pans and plates and cups. Was surprised no pepper or salt shakers could be found. Heated pool was exceptional and worth the extra. The "bonus" beach gear credit didnt see as good a deal as others but still decent.

We had a great week in May, golf, beach, pool, bikes, weather. The house had everything and was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for us 5 adults. The upstairs bedroom with the attached sitting room was much bigger than expected and provided a quiet place to get away when necessary.
