Spread over three levels, this 147 m² house can comfortably accommodate 11 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy 26 m² living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). - The south-facing, unfenced garden, equipped with sun loungers to make the most of the fine weather.
- The terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, extends to 25 m² and enjoys a south-facing position, with a view of the Ventron ski slopes. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, two parasols and a barbecue.

The chalet is ideally located in Ventron, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, including a grocery shop with bread and tobacco, a bar, restaurants, as well as boutiques, a market and much more.
