Tricky stairs . So quiet and great location

Great Location. Close to restaurants and Hotspot. Slept like a rock!

Wi-Fi stopped working but host was quick to resolve the issue. More towels and a wash cloth would be convenient. A chain on door would make it feel more secure. Small but perfect for 2 people. Absolutely outstanding location!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my husband during a short trip to Paris. I selected this apt because of the high reviews. The host was very communicative and very helpful during our visit. The ad however was not accurate - it does not have air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, or a dryer. It had a larger fan, and a small portable aC unit that was not hooked up properly for venting or drainage. So although it blew cold air out the front, it blew hot air out the back and was dripping water - so I had to use two towels on rotation to catch the water. I did share that with the host. It has a small portable washer/spin dryer and a drying rack which then takes up the sitting area. It really is a bachelor apt with a sliding door to separate the kitchenette and sofa from the bed, toilet room and shower area. It is ok for a couple, however it would be a stretch to have more people there as you have to walk through the bedroom area to use the shower or toilet and no storage for clothing except one closet. So we kept our suitcase open on the sofa. We did not use the kitchenette at all, and only used the sitting area for the dryer rack. There was hand soap/ shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer in the shower room. We were also here during the heat wave and temps in the high 30’s. It was very uncomfortable sleeping and I would not stay here again without proper equipped AC. This is not suitable for someone with mobility challenges as there are stairs. It is close the the louvre and bus stops.
