La Raizona is located 1 km from downtown Llanes and offers excellent views of the Sierra del Cuera. It is also situated just a few meters from the well-known riverside walking path, a beautiful urban route along the Carroceo River that takes you to downtown Llanes in just a few minutes without having to drive.

La Raizona is a modernly designed home, certified as a Passivhaus, so you can enjoy the comfort of this type of home. It’s spread over two floors with large windows, making it very bright, comfortable, and cozy.

It features a pool, a south-facing porch where you can enjoy a delicious appetizer, and a fabulous terrace overlooking the pool (available in July and August), where you can savor a good cup of coffee, take a nap, or enjoy long conversations under the moonlight.
