As you make your way to downtown Branson, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat to relax and recharge at the beginning and end of each day. Newly remodeled, the modern interior will put you at ease among the neutral color palette and chic, minimalist décor. Gather together on the leather L-shaped living room sofa or in one of the stylish chairs to stream a show or movie on the smart TV. Steps away, the open and airy kitchen and dining room offer everything you need for preparing and enjoying delicious homecooked meals. Beautiful appliances, cabinets stocked with cookware and dining ware, and the elegant dining room table with seating for 8 combine both form and function. Should you rather take your meal al fresco, head out to the back patio where an outdoor dining set, fresh air, and the surrounding landscape await.
This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a full over full bunk bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re dog-friendly (up to 15lbs). A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• Lot parking available for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first served.
• This a 2-story, walk-in unit.
• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

The property was clean and well stocked. The host was very helpful and promptly answered my questions. The pool and hot tub were also very close to our cabin.

It was nice and loved that it had a playground right next to it. Overall very clean, but toilet wasn’t flushed and one of the tubs was dirty when we arrived. Also, the bunk beds are on the main level and not upstairs as it was listed but we made it work!

Overall this was a great location as we have stayed in this area many times. This particular condo was very cramped for our group. Everyone had a place to sleep but were literally sitting on top of each other in the living area. We were disappointed that most of the bedrooms did not have TV's and when traveling with kids that is a must for us. The kids had to lay in the master bedroom so they could watch TV while the adults visited downstairs. It says it was decorated for Christmas and I would say that was a stretch. The tree was sad and other than a few pillows and a plastic tree on the table in bedroom upstairs I wouldn't say decorated. The chair in the living room broke day one which no biggie but the it was a good example of the poor quality furniture. The couch was nice but the other tables and chairs felt as though they would break if you moved to much. I do want to shout out the communication with the owner or whoever it actually was communicating with us. They checked on us frequently and I know this review may sound harsh in some ways I do not feel like we were ripped off just maybe had higher expectations than we should have. We are a lower middle income family and for us we were looking to have a magical experience over this weekend and may need to spend more money next time.
