- There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.
- The street side entrance stairs are available for guest use; the chains hanging in between are to discourage street traffic from accessing it.
- There are no views of downtown Paso Robles available from this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
