2 bedroom apartment and a master suite with ensuite shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, a hob vitro ceramic, a coffee maker, with all the kitchen utensils a dining room with glass table and 6 chairs in imitation leather, a living room 3 places, a coffee table, a TV stand with decoder to receive the French, Spanish, German, English, a large terrace with table and chair for 6 people. The apartment has a very large garage very practical in summer. The terrace overlooks a pedestrian street. On foot you are 10 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the pool. The apartment has fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room. The apartment has a Wifi connection, it can accommodate up to 6 people

The property was booked to stay near to family who also have a property at the same complex. The apartment was excellent and was better than the pics in the advert. Many thanks also toMarie who communicated very well. Overall a great experience for the family.

The apartment is nice, better than the pictures shown, with AC in all rooms including the bathrooms. It is bright and airy, and doesn’t get too hot.
There are no dishwasher so you have to do the dishes the old fashioned way.
We found only French TV channels. WiFi has good capacity.
The garage is good, but you have to be a good driver to wiggle in and out.
The drawback with this urbanizacion is that there are just one restaurant and a small mini market close by. There is a bus stop with connection to the centre of Guaradamar.
We didn’t use the pool area, but it seems fresh and not too crowded. I recommend Nathalie’s place.
