On the beach--We are located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach on the 10th floor. One mile west of 79 with easy access to Highway 98, (Back Beach Rd).
Close to new Airport and 1.8 miles to Pier Park with hundreds of shops and restaurants and very close to Frank Brown Park. Target and a brand new Walmart located in Pier Park for easy shopping as well as Winn Dixie Supermarket close by.
Parking available on first two levels of the building. A two level parking deck with plenty of parking across the street with walkover into building.
This 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on the 10th floor end unit making the balcony seem larger. My condo has free wireless internet and cable television. No smoking. No pets allowed.
Land line phone service is available in my condo that includes FREE unlimited long distance nationwide and in Canada!
In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed with TV. The master has a full size bath and opens onto the 271 square foot balcony.
The guest room has 2 full size beds with TV and entrance to second bathroom.
In the living room there is a television and new sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has granite countertops, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and everything for preparing great meals to enjoy on the balcony or at the table that seats 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter.
Washer and dryer in second bathroom closet.
On the balcony there is a table that seats 6, 1 recliner chair, ottoman, and small side table to watch activities on the beach. It also has a high top table that seats 3. Plenty of room to entertain and enjoy the beautiful view.
All linens are provided for guest.

You will need to pay and pick up your $40 parking pass and your wrist bands at the office located at room 406.
Onsite at Emerald Isle there are 4 high speed elevators, heated indoor/outdoor pool plus a second outdoor pool with small waterfall. Sauna, steam room, and over-sized hot tub. There is a fitness room overlooking the gulf and 3 outdoor showers. Outdoor gas grills and picnic area.
Must be 25 years old to reserve.

We loved Chrisina's condo! Great view of the ocean. Perfect location for us. It was out of the hussle and bussel of the crowded areas and close enough to shopping and eateries. We got to see dauphins, a sting ray and what we think were manatees from the balcony. The weather was perfect and the breeze on the balcony was excellent. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, we had six people. The condo fit all six of us perfectly. We loved having all of the additional beach accessories in the closet provided by Christina. We had a bit of a hiccup when checking in due to the office closing as soon as we arrived. We then ran into a very rude resident that we had parked in their parking spot and they yelled at us. Once we learned the rules and where to park, we were fine. We did not have one complaint about our stay, but the balcony could use some new cushions on furniture. I would 100% stay here again. Christina, thank you for everything you made my birthday extra special! This condo is very comfortable and decorated perfectly for a beach vacation! 10/10

This is our favorite condo anywhere! The decor is beachy and beautiful, and the condo has everything we need. The view from the huge balcony is spectacular! And the host Christina is the best!

This condo was amazing! We were so pleased with everything and probably one of the smoothest check ins ever:) Condo was super nice and comfy! The master bedroom's mattress was heavenly!! The balcony was spacious and had amazing views! The hot tub was very large and we never had to wait due to overcrowding. We will definitely be back. We had a great experience! Thank you Christina!
