Do you want to be centrally located near the base of the ski area, yet have total privacy and be surrounded by trees and all nature has to offer? Bluebird Days, a 3 bedroom, 4 bath duplex is the place for you. A Summer 2023 COMPLETE REMODEL of the kitchen and 3 of 4 of the bathrooms make the home even more inviting and complete. This unit resides at the end of a private driveway servicing just 4 units and has a 2 car garage to keep your vehicles warm and dry in the winter season. As an added convenience, a ski locker is available at the base of the mountain for your personal use and holds up to 5 sets of gear along with a boot warmer!

Walk in the front door to a main hall with 2 bedrooms off of it, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed plus futon for extra bedding needs and bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed along with a set of bunk beds. Your laundry room is also on this level with a door for noise reduction. Go up the stairs to a open living area, dining area and BRAND NEW kitchen with an island. Your primary bedroom is on this upper level as well and includes a king size bed and desk/chair for remote work or zoom meetings along with a REMODELED bathroom, with double sinks, separate shower and toilet room. There is also a 4th full bathroom on this level. The large deck sits off the living area complete with gas grill, and a table and chairs for 8. The living room has been updated with a 55" Ultra High Definition Samsung TV and a Sonos Beam sound system, great for movies and easy to play music with the Sonos app on your smartphone.

Please be aware that this unit only includes parking for 2 regular sized cars in the garage. There is room for additional cars in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter if you have additional cars and block snow removal operations or other units on this awesome private cul-de-sac you may be towed at your expense with no warning. Oversized trucks and additional vehicles over the two cars that fit in the garage will need to park off site if the vehicles can not be parked without blocking snow removal for this cul-de-sac. Off site parking is not included with your reservation. Trailers of any kind are not allowed. If you have questions about parking please ask us :-)

Bluebird Days is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Air Conditioning: Please note that this property does NOT have air conditioning. Steamboat Springs typically has cool evenings, and opening the windows at night and closing them during the day helps keep the home comfortable. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that air conditioning is not provided.

Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
