Diego and Rianne were terrific - so responsive and helpful! Check-in was super easy, exactly as described. We used the Google Maps directions that Rianne provided and they were perfect. The assigned parking spot was right outside and it was easy to get our bags to the first-floor room. A locked gate leads to an attractive interior courtyard, and the condo is right off that. The condo itself was very clean. The air conditioning worked great, and so did the washer and dryer. The condo itself feels a little older, but it’s exactly as pictured and perfectly adequate. We had an issue with the hot water not working and Diego came right over and reset the water heater, which solved the problem. He was great! Rianne was also super helpful with beach suggestions when we wanted something more than the tiny nearby beach. The location was convenient to easily walk to coffee, restaurants, gelato, convenience stores, etc. Loved the condo pool on the roof by the way! Thanks Rianne and Diego!

Rhianne was a fantastic hostess and responded quickly to our needs. The beach and Fifth ave are really close by. Pool and grounds are well kept.
