Beautiful, bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on second floor less than a mile to Goose Rocks Beach. Well-appointed kitchen with granite counters. Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with a bunk bed (double bottom, single top bunk), living room pull out double sofa. Air-conditioning, washer, dryer and dishwasher in unit. The living room has a flatscreen TV, with a DVD player and cable. Resort amenities include clubhouse with Cable, WIFI, kitchen, outdoor and indoor pool with hot tub and kiddie pool, ping pong room, pool table, fitness room, tennis court, and sand volley ball court. Walk through path to next door restaurant and ice cream. Passes for beach are available at General store down the road. No smoking, no pets.

Our condo was neat, on site washer and dryer was very convenient. Having a pool on site is great, nice place to sit and visit and cool off. There is a fitness center but not well equipped. The beach is a mile walk away, so is the Goose Rocks store. The Goose Rocks dairy bar is next door and serves huge portions of delicious ice cream, so many flavors, cash only. Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Arundel are all close. Did go to Biddeford Pool, what a fantastic beach.

Well appointed condo in a great location! We had 4 adults and although small, plenty of room. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly was clean and was also updated. Host was super! Even called right back after we emailed we locked ourselves out! 2 minutes to GRB-get there early for parking buy a day pass at the general store kisok-also close by to the town. Would stay again!!

States a beach resort and its not. The grounds were unsafe for kids to run around, outdoor pool we had to clean debris from, indoor pool paint was chipping everywhere. What was called a resort condo was a small apartment with extremely squeaky bunkbeds and other issues as well.
