The house is in an amazing location a short walk from a private quiet beach or to the Roger Wheeler beach. The house had everything we needed but needs updates. The picnic table in the yard isn't usable or safe and the outdoor shower was a mess and unusable. The deck was really nice but the grill was in rough shape. The house itself served its purpose without any extra space or seating. The refrigerator never really got cold. They have 1 small AC unit in the living room window for the whole house but didn't work well and once the bedroom doors are closed it get warm while sleeping. The owners were really responsive and very helpful.

The home was okay; we knew it was small when we booked. We liked the proximity to Galilee and Roger Wheeler and the neighborhood seemed safe. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. The yard was nice and there was ample parking. We loved the outdoor shower. Picnic table was splintery and falling apart, and the last concrete step off the deck was uneven and a major tripping hazard. The cleanliness of the house however, was truly unacceptable. My mother in law had to clean the entire place when she checked in she was so appalled. The bathroom felt disgusting and floors seemed like they’ve never been mopped. Pretty gross for our crawling infant. There is only one window AC unit that does not cool the home adequately and should possibly be replaced.
