Designed with families in mind, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate bunk room, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three more. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.
The family room features a queen sleeper sofa & flat screen HD Roku TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.
Master suite features a king bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a king bed with TempurPedic mattress, flat screen HD TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! This property is just across the street from Pier Park, which features numerous restaurants, shops, and movie theatre. Calypso is the place to be at Panama City Beach, and this condo is as good as it gets!!!

The condo was spacious for us and was very clean. The view of the water was gorgeous! Condo has a lot of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and even sun hats. Also a small stroller in one of the bedroom closets. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the living room furniture is comfortable as well. Only complaint I would have is that the water in the kitchen sink does not get hot enough and the bedroom overlooking the gulf doesn’t have a dresser. However, the closet in that room is big enough for clothes. Getting in and out of the parking garage is super easy and there is plenty of parking. The host is amazing and communication was great!The property itself (Calypso) has a great tiki bar and pools. Get there early to get chairs. The bathrooms by the pool are gross. They stink and are very dirty! The elevators are fast and there’s no waiting time. Calypso is within walking distance to Pier Park, the pier, Sharky’s, Runaway Island, Donavan’s Liquor Store, Alvin’s Island, and there’s also a little deli place across the street that has great sandwiches!

The room itsself was amazing. We had everything we needed. Kitchenware was fantastic. An otoman would have been nice for the couch and balcony chairs. Only issue we had was the pool did not have enough seating for two towers each with 30 floors and they allowed tents to set up in front of rental chairs. The perk to booking this condo was procimity to Peir Park and the rental of beach chairs included. They were the cheap plastic chairs and i did not realize it would still be first come first serve. We were given chairs on the last row that was three rows deep. Couldnt see or hear the ocean and no breeze what so ever. We wont stay at Calypso in the future.
