Gulf view, from this gulf front condo with ground floor convenience!!! YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER CONDO FOR THE MONEY!! Easy in, easy out. Unload your vehicle from right in front of the door. Access the courtyard amenities right off the private patio (2 pools, 1 hot tub, tennis, grills, putting green), as well as the gulf of Mexico. There are stairs and elevators, but you won't have to climb the stairs, or wait for the elevator!
Even though it is ground floor, you can see ocean, sand, and sea oats from the condo!
Decorated in a Hawaiian/South Pacific style. This condo has a queen bed in the master, 2 bunk beds in the bunk nook, and a queen sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer in the condo. All electric kitchen.
This condo is in the newest building (last phase) at Gulf Shores Plantation, known as Plantation Palms. This is a concrete and steel structure.
Enjoy the relaxing pool, and hot tub with the convenience of your own bathroom and easy access to your own kitchen. Dine on the patio or out by the pool on mild evenings while cooking out on the conveniently located grills. Enjoy the view from your patio while enjoying your evening beverage or morning coffee.
Enjoy all the Gulf Shores Plantation resort and adjacent Kiva Dunes nationally ranked golf course have to offer. Just a short drive to the tourist amusements, an abundance of restaurants, historic Fort Morgan, and Bon Secour national wildlife refuge.
This resort is laid-back, family oriented, and a great escape from the crowds and 'students gone wild', yet still convenient to the night life and crowds if you want to have a dose of that too!
The property is gated and has 24-hour security and NO thru traffic. Undeveloped beach to the immediate East, upscale Beach Club beach development beyond that, and upscale residential beach development to the West - FOR MILES!! There are unspoiled dunes and vegetation. Our resort gulf frontage is a beach that is 5 football fields long; and low density beaches. No need to fight for your own space on the beach. We have more beach than any other development, per condo!!
The same sandy white beach and beautiful Gulf waters, without the crowds and stress. Come RELAX!!
DEPOSIT:
REFUNDABLE $200 Security Deposit becomes your damage deposit upon your arrival, and is completely refundable after your stay assuming conditions of rental are met, including departing the Condo in as-found condition (with only normal cleaning required), and keys are returned.
PAYMENT:
The rental is due per the VRBO established options. Keys and additional helpful information will be mailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival. Cleaning fee is subject to change and is a pass-thru charge. Payment is now required through the VRBO dashboard. If you are a previous renter, guest, friend or relative, you can contact me directly.
No refunds for early departures from the Condo unless evacuation required. Four night minimum; and 7th night discount is included in the weekly rate. Summer rentals by the week (7 or more nights) required for 7th night discount. Note that rentals greater than 7 nights will be pro-rated and therefore may be calculated incorrectly by VRBO and will be adjusted if necessary.

The ground floor location was wonderful for access; loading in luggage, beach toys, groceries, coolers, etc. My wife has bad knees, so this was a blesing all on its own. The space was clean, organized, and surprisingly quiet. Many families and kids nearby enjoying the facilities, but when we went inside and shut the doors, we heard none of it.3 pools and a hot tub were just outside the back door, maybe 80 feet away. A beachside bar & grill past them and just around the corner to the left. Boardwalk to the beach is maybe 250 feet from the room. The beach is clean, wide, and shallow enough for quite a ways out that familes with littles can enjoy it. Those wanting to play in the waves or body board (MY favorite thing) need only go out a little further to more fully enjoy the motion of the ocean.The attentiveness of the owner was perfect. Kept up with mikestones like deposits, keys and such, and was very responsive with questions. We'll be back.

We had a great stay ground floor, very convenient to pool and beach. Restaurant within walking distance in case you don't want to drive. We definitely will try to book this condo again.

We loved the easy in/out of the ground floor location. The host was very accessible for any questions we had. The unit was nice and clean. Great stay!

Convenient to area attractions.Dishes were not clean. Coffee pot had dried coffee in the pot and had to be soaked and then washed before it could be used. Patio was dirty and coating loose in several places. The furniture is worn and uncomfortable.The tennis court was under repair and not available. An undisclosed 35.00 per car parking pass was required and visitors could not drive onto the property. It appeared the whole complex is not being maintained as it was our last visit there.Overall, I think the owner needs more hands on involvement to ensure his guests are getting what they pay for.
