Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Old Town south Scottsdale. This condo is located on the second story in a quiet, gated complex of 60 units. The unit also includes a single car garage.
The unit features two separate balconies, with one overlooking the pool/hot tub. The second is accessible from both the master bedroom or the living room double French doors! You are just a few steps away from the BBQ grills as well.
You will be located within walking distance to all the best that Scottsdale has to offer; including fantastic shopping, restaurants, and Scottsdale baseball stadium. There are also 2 bikes available in the garage to cruise around the Old Town area on!
The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an extra large pantry. Also located here you will find a full size washer and dryer.
The home features a spacious living room with a large sectional for plenty of seating around a 65" flat screen TV. The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 6 and can be expanded to allow for more seating by adding a leaf. Connecting the dining area to the kitchen you will find a great breakfast bar that seats 3 as well.
The Master bedroom features a spacious layout with a queen bedroom set and a walk-in bathroom and closet. You will also have direct access to the back patio through the master bedroom.
The second bedroom features a queen bedroom set with built in dressers in the closest.
The third bedroom features a full size bed with built in dressers in the closest.
There is also a queen sized air mattress that is available for extra sleeping space.

Was on a work trip here in Scottsdale and the condo was located close to my work at Fashion Square Mall. Full size kitchen, full size laundry, garage, and large master made me feel like I was at home. Host was easy to work with and was helpful checking in. Would stay at again.

We called this condo our home for 2 months! Ryan is a great host who communicates quickly and helps resolve any issues or questions that come up. Upstairs entrance/exit so be prepared to walk up stairs. Wonderful to have a garage to park in. It’s small, but works great for smaller vehicles. We never had trouble finding parking for our other vehicle either. Front & back patios are great for sitting outside and enjoying the weather! Location is very ideal - close to Old Town Scottsdale and not far from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You can watch the planes fly in and out from the front balcony! It’s a QUIET neighborhood - the only noise was when the landscapers were using their leaf blowers some mornings. 3 rooms are great to have! The second bedroom has a bed closer to the floor and is ideal for little ones staying with you! Other two beds in master and third bedroom have large and tall bed frames (just watch out for the wooden corners that stick out and are at a great placement for injuring your shins if you walk into them during the middle of the night - ouch!). Would recommend bringing your own pillows to sleep more comfortably. House is well stocked with items you may need during your stay. Some pans in the kitchen are a bit older - would recommend bringing your own non-stick pans, if you really love to cook. Try Grimaldi’s Pizza in Old Town Scottsdale - it’s delicious! This place fit our needs for a short-term! Would rent again! Thank you!

I rented this condo for the month of November. It was perfect size for when my family of 5 came to visit. We even cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the condo. It has many cooking utensils and even a Ninja food processor. The location is good and you don't really need a car. There are walking paths close by. The stairs could be a bit daunting to some especially when carrying things. All in all we had a good time.

The property is well situated, well stocked and a fabulously responsive owner. He immediately dealt with any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure we did not have any questions. Lovely front balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and sun!
