Enjoy a convenient, downtown Lexington location while tucked away in this gorgeous, newly renovated cottage. The property is walkable to local attractions including Washington & Lee University, VMI, and the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer. Please note that this location does not have any designated guest parking available. There is free daily and overnight parking available within walking distance.
Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. This fee will be applied once we update your reservation details to reflect the correct number of guests and pets. The Cottage is located in a building that also houses a quiet commercial tenant who keeps regular weekday office hours. While the unit is very quiet and private, there may be some occasional street noise from traffic as the unit is located downtown.

** Randolph Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
** Courthouse Parking Garage – Free all-day parking. Overnight parking is not permitted.

My wife and I had a terrific stay at the Halestone Cottage. The facility was clean and its location in Lexington was ideal. We would recommend it highly to any couple visiting the area.

Very nice and comfortable place near downtown, W&L or VMI. The decor was tasteful. Modern kitchen and bathroom. My only complaint: the foldout couch was not comfortable ( they never are ). It’s a great place for a couple visiting kid at school or getaway spot.

This property gets a 10/10 from me and the wife. It is perfect for 2 adults on a short or long stay in the city of Lexington. The Property was immaculately clean and super accessible. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. It is small and cozy but certainly not cramped by any means. The amenities are great and the bath and kitchen area are well stocked with everything you need if you did not bring it. The location is very convenient to walk to restaurants/shops. There is no dedicated parking for this property. If you come during the week, you can park on the street across from the property at night but must use some of the very close Public Parking during the day as the spaces on the street are 2-hour parking between 6am and 6pm. However, after 6pm, you can park on the street. On weekends, the street is fair game 24/7. We stayed 5 days spanning both weekdays and a weekend and parking was really not that big of a deal. The Property is quiet and the back deck was super for dining or just enjoying the cool spring evenings. A great stay and is certainly a Property I will seek out again when in Lexington. The host was super and very accessible. Any questions were answered in a very timely manner, politely and professionally.
