Overall my family was impressed with this condo. The location was convenient to the beach to play and watch the sunsets. Proximity to places to eat, activities and other things were good and I would recommend this place to others.

Our stay at Lisa & Andrew's condo was wonderful! Literally a dozen steps from the lanai to a well maintained pool. View of the ocean directly across the street! We could relax in the living room and easily hear the ocean waves. The unit is exactly as shown in photos and it was more than enough space for three adults and one child (who is now insisting on her own bunkbed!). I love the separate and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have experienced on Vrbo OR other rental sites. We did not have to purchase anything other then our groceries. I did not notice the lack of A/C , even though it is posted on the description which I missed, however the breeze coming through from the ocean and the fans in the unit were more then adequate. The beds were all comfortable and one of the adults kept napping on the large comfy sofa! Everything you would need for the beach is provided. The property is well maintained by the manager (Lisa) who was pleasant and on top of things. We had no issues at all on our trip despite some quick building maintenance which didnt affect us at all, and would love to stay again. Thank you so much for having us.

Our family of five fit perfectly in this condo during our spring break trip. We experienced a Kona Low storm during our stay that altered a lot of our plans and we spent more time than wanted at the condo. Thankfully we didn't run out of power like other condos and the management communicated very well during the whole storm to keep us updated on happenings with the condo. Thankfully there were some games and a puzzle to keep us occupied while rained in the couple of days. When we were able to get out, this is a great central location to all the activities. We also walked to many places to eat. The breeze that flows through with the fans also keep the place cool and had no trouble sleeping at night as it cooled down.

The location of the condo was perfect. The pool was fantastic and right across the street from fantastic beaches with excellent water for swimming and boogie boarding. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. No doubt if we needed something they would be on it! However the unit was well lived in and loved. It really needed a good clean and refresh. Sheets, towels etc. were clean but otherwise lacked the glimmer of the photos. There is no AC and were told to open window and doors for airflow, however the hedge blocking the lower floor units and the fact that the sliding door locks are not functioning, did not allow us to keep doors open through the night. In addition if you plan to be out most of the day enjoying the island you have to lock everything up only to return to a very hot unit and have missed the time of day when the tradewinds come through. The umbrella on the lanai is also broken and looks to be that way for sometime. Would have been nice to block the hot sun in the late afternoon.
