Excellent location and a great view.
Large property with many amenities and complete equipment.
There is nothing to improve.
You can see from the house and the equipment that the tenants change regularly. However, this is probably inevitable.

The house is amazing, with everything you need, located just outside of Bedoin (20 minute walk to the center), great pool with different levels so even young children can sit or stand in the water.
