You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Good location for getting around Chipping Norton with good transport links . I enjoyed my stay, but there are elements that you need to be aware of if you’re visiting.Although listed for five and the bedrooms are adequate, the living accommodation is too small for five and certainly the kitchen is minute. The stairs are hazardous for the very young or the very elderly.. don’t plan to do large meals as impossible to open the cooker door properly as it hits the fridgeParking the car can be tricky as there’s no designated space

Very cozy home in a great location. The spaces were clean. We enjoyed using the wood burner on a chilly evening.

Great location and a nice spot. House is on a few levels with some odd steps, so it’s a bit tricky with a small kid and a few basics not there (salt and pepper, a sponge, colander, etc.), and the house needs a few bits of work, but it’s clean, the location was a dream and so great to walk to everything in town. The price was great, and we enjoyed sitting in the garden, too. Highly recommend walking to the Mor bakery in the morning.
