Upon entering the villa, you must walk up a few steps to get to the main level. The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful skylights shining through to the dining room. Off the living room, guests can relax on the screened-in deck with an outdoor dining space, propane grill and unique view on the beauty of Hilton Head Island.

All good. Not a great lock on the downstairs bedroom. Also the outside at the rear was uninviting. Covered in tree pines/droppings it hadn’t been cleaned for ages. The table outside was filthy as was the umbrella which was not only dirty but aged and covered in pines. That was the only blot really as the place was lovely. We had a great time. All otherwise v good and accurate.

Super clean pool directly across from unit. Great tennis court with pickleball lines. Awesome for our entire family including our dog.

Property management was great, always responsive. For as much as we paid to stay at this location, I really don’t think you can claim that this place has been renovated when the appliances, especially the refrigerator is decades old. Besides leaking all over the place, it froze items in the frig. We left early because we were tired of dealing with it.
