The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Guests also have access to a washing machine and drying facilities, plus wardrobes and storage throughout.

Broughty Ferry`s high street, beach, waterfront and Broughty Castle are all close by, with Dundee`s V&A Dundee, RRS Discovery and galleries also within reach.

Nice apartment in a very quiet area, some good walks for dogs with park across the road and beach 10 minutes walk.The property has very large bedrooms and 2 toilets the downstairs toilet is small but adequate.the property is an old building with high ceilings. The bed were comfortable and large in all rooms. If they are looking for some advice to improve the downstairs bedroom needs proper blinds to keep room dark especially in summer as sun rises on that side of house and a lick of paint to freshen up place otherwise nice place.
