This is home was built 19 years ago it is fully furnished with new furniture. There is an attached 3 car garage but is used for storage. The property sits on 5 acres. If you like to Hike, there is a local trail 1.5 miles away (Texas school house walking trail) and 10 miles away is gilbert lake State Park with plenty of trails and a Lake and beach. There is no hunting on the property, but you can also visit any of the local state parks for that. In the winter you can ride snowmobile or cross-country ski. There is several golf courses within 15 min of the property. If you just want to relax and take in the views, you won't be disappointed. There is fireplace inside. There are plenty of outdoor activities with several lakes nearby for fishing and boating. If you like beer and wine, there is also several wineries and brewery in the area. If you are here for the baseball camps, they are both 20 to 25 min away.

It takes about 21 minutes to get to Dreams Park. Very secluded and clean. We don't have pets but we could imagine it is good for that. Very spacious and open. Very easy check in and 0 issues for our week.

Clean home with all amenities as described, and even more. Hospitable host with easy communication. Peaceful atmosphere and view with amazing star gazing. Highly recommend!

The property was as described, with beautiful views and a scenic countryside setting. The drive to Cooperstown is about 25 minutes and very pretty, though guests should be aware that the roads are rural and late-night driving requires caution due to deer activity.The beds were firm, the bathtub was a nice feature, and the grill worked great. We also appreciated the owner's responsiveness and willingness to answer a late-night call when we had trouble locating the property. The address did not pull up correctly in Google Maps, and without exterior lighting it was difficult to find after dark.A few things would have improved our stay. It would have been helpful to know in advance that guests need to bring firewood, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. Even starter supplies for these items would have made a big difference after arriving from a long drive. Kitchen towels were also limited, and the extra blankets showed significant wear, including burn marks from the fireplace.The biggest downside was the number of bugs. We encountered numerous spiders in the master bedroom and ultimately requested that the property be sprayed.Overall, the views, location, and communication were positives, but better pest control and a few basic guest amenities would have significantly improved the experience.

This is a wonderful beautiful relaxing location. It’s about 25 minutes from the Cooperstown Dream field. As you drive up the road you will see deer, cows and wild flowers. At night along the property we saw fireflies which was very exciting. The house is very comfortable. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker so get ground coffee and you do need to bring your own shampoo and body wash for the shower. If you need anything during your stay you just text the owner and he will reply in a timely manner. I would stay here again if in the area.
