House faces south - so you get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the back decks. Oak Island Lighthouse and Pier are also visible from the back decks. Close to both bridges for easy access on and off the island.

We were very pleased with this home. It was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was nice furniture on the deck. The beach was one of the best we have been on and the location was quiet and easy to get around. This was our first time in Oak Island and we really enjoyed it. Thank you Matt!

The host was exceptionally attentive, the amenities were great. The condo has a view of both sunrises and sunsets.

We had direct access to the beach. This is an excellent location. This was our third stay. The house has always been clean. The owner, Matt, is so accommodating and easy to work with. We recommend this home.

We loved this house. It is very clean, well stocked and plenty of room (4 adults). The location is nice. It's on a quiet street.
