Includes three bedrooms, two full baths plus a half-bath, washer and dryer, dedicated Wi-Fi, patio, and garage. There are two king beds, twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room, plus a day bed in the sitting room; sleeps eight comfortably with five separate sleeping areas. The vaulted ceilings welcome you into the living room with gas fireplace, and the kitchen is well-equipped for long stays. This is a two-story home. No smoking or pets, please. We will definitely look to see if this house is available anytime we are in the area. It was spacious, clean, and walking distance to town with beautiful views. Our stay included beginning of July, so it did get warm upstairs; we were not able to adjust the thermostat, however, fans were provided for every room making it very comfortable. Excellent house. I highly recommend it.

The home was clean and was essentially what was promised through VRBO marketing. We would have liked to have cookie sheets provided, but all the essential pots, pans, dishes and glasses were there. Trash was supposed to be picked up each day, but it was not picked up during our stay. That wasn't a problem for our group and could probably have been fixed had we called about it. All in all, it was a great place for family fun, had good access to both park entries, and was a short distance from downtown Estes.
