The perfect host. Boris was very welcoming and easily accessible. Expectations were clearly stated and easy to follow. The place felt like home - clean and comfortable. I appreciated being their...oh, and the amenities he left... just in case we needed it. Thank you.

Beautiful house in a great location. Short drive to ECU and near some good restaurants. The host was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Will rent this house again.

The house is even nicer than it looks online. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is very comfortable. It was clean and has a great floorplan. It seemed bigger than the advertised square footage. We would definitely book it again.

The location and house is great! Very clean and has everything you would want in a stay. However, the tv in the living room cannot be watched as it has a picture that is all messed up so it can't be viewed. The second tv in the bedroom couldn't be watched either as the code that was shared with me did not work so we could not access the programming! The stay is perfect if you don't care about watching tv at all but this was a problem for us as we had hoped to watch college football during our stay! The 1 level and 3 bedrooms with 2 baths were perfect for us otherwise. Will look for different one level accomodations the next time so that we can have access to tv!
