Minimum Stay: 7 nights during peak season. Sunday-to-Sunday reservations are preferred between June 14 and August 16. Shorter stays of 3 nights are available during low and shoulder season (March through mid-May and September through December).
Guest Capacity: Up to 30 overnight guests. Our base rate covers up to 16 guests, with an additional guest fee of $35 per person per night (plus tax) for larger groups. For events, daytime guest counts of 40–60+ are possible.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Linen & Towels: Included at no charge for stays of 7+ nights. A $750 linen fee applies for shorter stays.

The home was AWSOME!!! Love the view!! Had everything we needed and more! The horses seem to love hanging out with us, they were around the house sometimes all day! Definitely a great place to get married to! We should know we were celebrating our wedding anniversary of 4yrs. The house has many upgrades since then. Can't recommend this place enough!! Manish and his team are on top of any issues you have. Great to work with!! We'll definitely be back again with more people, there is plenty of room!!!

We had an unforgettable stay at The Fitzgerald with our family and friends. The home is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfectly designed for group gatherings. Every detail, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms and incredible ocean views, made our trip special.The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and we loved having so much space to relax and reconnect. The beach was just steps away, and the peaceful 4x4 area made it feel like our own private retreat.The host was responsive and thoughtful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed. We’re already talking about coming back—this place is a gem!

We rented this property for 28 family members across 3 generations. The property layout is great and the location beach access allows for privacy and great use of the beach. Check in was a breeze and communication with Manish, the property manager, was great!
The house is a little bit older and there are a few minor things that could use some repair or refresh. But this didn't detract from a great experience.

We gathered with our large extended family of 24. The house location was great and access to the property was great from the beach and the horses were amazing. The beds were also comfortable.Now the not so good - They advertise there is a wooden walking path to the ocean, there is not. There was wooden pathways for the the other 2 house with the 3 author properties. When we arrived the house was not very clean, both dishwashers were full (we didn't know if the dishes were clean or dirty so we ran it again, the last thing I want to do when I arrive at a vacation house is run the dishwasher and empty it from a pervious guest). We had 8 folks. EIGHT! We had 24 people and this house it says it can hold up to 30, why would they only have 8. So called and they somehow found 15 folk and brought them. We had to have back up plastic forks for the week. There was hardly any wine glasses maybe 7. There is one trash can in the kitchen and it is broken/falling apart. There is not one in the basement. All the furniture is pretty rough, the kitchen tables are old and the top coat is gone to it is basically bare wood. They have a beverage fridge on the second floor that hardly works, so don't use it. The ice machine downstairs is great, but it never stops making ice so it gets all over the floor. The upstairs island sink smells so bad when you open the cabinet and the odor in the basement is something fierce. MOLD! House ran out of propane. The house needs some serious attention.
