O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!
There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Some updating and general sprucing up could be done. Pool does not match the photo in the ad. Closeness to the beach a big plus.

We had a great time. The space was seriously excellent and it is a great location. The beach access across the street was fantastic. The host was very responsive. I didn't know about biker week so Saturday night Ocean Blvd was crowded and loud. After that it was very nice and tranquil. Next time I will check the event calendar better and avoid biker week. I would totally stay here again.
