Checking in was just as promised, the decorating was to die for! Very cool house with lots of character. Not being from the area, we appreciated the safe walkable neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with the host again next year when we come to town for the HNA/Equipment Expo.

My friends and I came to town for the KY Derby. This property was perfect to accommodate 11. Great location with easy access to downtown, Churchill Downs, and the airport. Would highly recommend

We had a great time staying here. Faith was very informative and responsive. We initially thought from the listing that there were four bedrooms and a common room, but realized later that the common room counts as one of the bedrooms. This was perhaps less than ideal, but we made it work and otherwise really enjoyed the house.
