O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Escape to the vibrant 1950s era! This professionally-designed, amenities-packed, spacious 3-bedroom house has excellent proximity to Downtown OKC while being tucked into the quiet historic neighborhood of Lincoln Terrace. It’s just blocks from the OK State Capitol and OU Health Center. With its prime location (just 1+ mile east of downtown), you can bike-ride to all attractions and amenities the city has to offer! The house has a hot tub, pool table, arcade games, firepit, and sleeps 10!
This is a 3 bed, 2 bath home with 2 large living spaces. The house has a hot tub, pool table, arcade games, firepit, and sleeps 10. The backyard is fully fenced-in for dogs!
This place is packed full of amenties and centrally located in the Historic Lincoln Terrace area and 1.5 miles east of downtown. It is right down the street from both the OK State Capitol and OU Health Sciences Center. It is a very close uber to anywhere downtown/midtown/uptown.
There is occasional helicopter noise from OU Medical Center.
We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest.
Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET which is $35
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- We are not responsible for lost items.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition.

Such a fun place to stay! Super close to the children’s hospital for our son, and plenty of games and room to play! Will probably stay again

We loved this place. Super cool layout and so much space. The hot tub and pool table were obviously the cherry on top! Definitely will be back!

We were excited for our stay here but unfortunately had a number of issues that really affected our experience. I want to be fair in this review so others know what to expect.First, the water line to one of the toilets developed a leak. We had to wrap towels around it to control the water. The owner told us a plumber would be coming, but no one ever showed up, so it remained an issue the whole stay. The Internet also didn't work the entire time we were there. The owner said someone would fix it on our last day, but we couldn't connect even after that. Not having reliable WiFi was disappointing. We also couldn't get into the hot tub at all. The owner warned the lock was "tricky" but even with the code he provided, four of us tried multiple times and couldn't get it open. We had really been looking forward to using it.Around the trash cans there were quite a lot of flies, and they kept getting inside the house. It made the kitchen area feel unsanitary.Other smaller but annoying issues included the living room couch being very uncomfortable (hard to relax on in the evenings), and the bathroom shower draining so poorly it would flood and you'd be standing in several inches of water while trying to shower.Overall, the owner was responsive in messaging, but unfortunately the promised fixes never materialized during our stay. It's a decent house in theory, but these maintenance issues and lack of follow-through really let it down.
