The main villa you are renting is part of a larger residential building.

• A small apartment is located at the right rear side
• A studio is located near the driveway on the left
• These spaces may be occupied by the owners’ family, friends, or vacation rental guests

✔️ No shared access or interaction

Your exclusive use of the villa, backyard, pool, and front yard is guaranteed.

Please also avoid blocking the gate to the left of the garage door.

• No parties or events
• Small family/friends gatherings are fine (6–8 people max)
• No loud music or disruptive behavior
• Please be respectful of the property and surroundings

• Parties over 6 guests (adults or children) up to 10 guests
• Additional $29–$59 per person per night

🐾 Pet Policy

• Most pets welcome (approval required)
• Please specify type, breed & weight
$125 pet fee per booking (pets up to 50 lbs)
• Pets not allowed on furniture, in the pool, or jacuzzi
• Guests must clean up after pets
• Additional cleaning or damage fees up to $1,500 may apply
