I loved how available the host was. They provided prompt responses every time I sent a message, which made my stay stress-free!

The place was so clean and has everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with the lock on the door and the staff were very helpful and patient with us and available to contact late at night. The property was a 10 minute walk from the station and around 20 minute walk to the city centre which was really helpful.
The shower head was quite blocked with limescale so couldn’t be used on full pressure or would leak everywhere but other than that everything was very clean.

Location, spacious, good layout
Didn't stock sufficient clean towels and toilet paper for our 4-night stay when the housekeeper should have been fully aware of our length of stay.
Soundproof could have been better.
The wall mounted heater control emits an annoying light throughout the day and thus caused much nuisance to our sleep.
The sofa bed in the kitchen is in a poor condition which requires replacement.
