very pleasant and clean, location perfect, typical parisian atmosphere - especially the corridor & stairs i recommend!!!!

maybe a basic shower gel or hand soap would be good to have for the start

location the building new furniture owner replied fast on messages

Unfortunately, there was no hot water about 80% of the time, which made showering difficult. It was also very noisy from around 8 AM because of children and neighbors in the courtyard. The room was extremely hot with no AC, and the fan didn’t help much, so sleeping was very difficult , furniture quality is bad because it is incredibly cheap
