The hotel is very nice, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I really liked how colorful and welcoming it is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. It’s a continental breakfast, but there was a nice variety of options and everything was delicious

I would say the cleanliness was about 80%. One of the nightstands had some kind of sticky liquid on it, which we assumed might have been from the room freshener. The person at the front desk was very kind and gave me a cloth so I could clean it up. I also opened the mini fridge just to check it, even though I wasn’t planning on using it, and unfortunately it was quite dirty inside. Since I didn’t need to use it, it wasn’t a major issue for me, but I do think the cleanliness in that area could definitely be improved

Fire alarm went off at 5 am. EVeryone evacuated. The breakfast was good. Only one towel in the room and no bathmat. Had to go downstairs and ask for them.

More and better towels.
