The property totally exceeded my expectations. I never stay at apartments when traveling but this time it was my only opinion since all hotels in my price range were fully booked. I decided to pick this apartment and already started preparing myself for some sort of "hostel" experience. But the property totally exceeded my expectations. Super clean room, all facilities inside the room, including the bathroom, are well thought through. Looks very modern and efficient. I liked it a lot! And even though there were many rooms in the house (around 9 rooms in total distributed over 3 floors), it was very quiet. The room was conveniently located (less than 10 minutes walk to the center).

The neighbors across the street were somewhat loud on one Saturday night (middle-age folks speaking loudly). Nothing to worry about, but it is the only negative thing that I can point out.

This is very simple accommodation with just the basics and no staff onsite, but once you know what to expect it's great. It's up a hill but in a quiet, residential area which we liked, and there are washers and dryers you can use for free, including detergent, and that was great.

Nothing.

The self check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.

The location is about a 10–12 minute walk to the bus terminal, which can be inconvenient if you have large luggage. The main downside was the poor sound insulation — you could clearly hear people in neighboring rooms, almost as if they were inside your own room.
