Le manager est excellent, toujours prêt à aider.
La sécurité avec code a empreinte digitale a l'entrée est parfaite
L'emplacement, à 100 mètres d'une ruelle de petits restaurants très animés le soir
L'accès gratuit a la machine a laver et au sèche linge.
Le prix est correct mais on trouve plein de chambres d'hôtel a ce prix, plus grandes et avec ménage fait., eau et doses de calé quotidiennes.
Le lit est trop dur, je me reveillais chaque matin avec un mal au dos
Le frigo est Hs, seul le congélateur fonctionne
L'installation électrique est très mal faite au niveau des interrupteurs et au niveau des prises
Un grand nettoyage est necessaire, partout et aussi en déplaçant le lit, c'est le royaume des fourmis.

Hôte très sympathique, toujours là si besoin donne de beaux conseils. L'appartement est au top dans un quartier très sympa avec de la nourriture locale un peu partout.
La climatisation n'était pas très froide. J'ai eu un peu très chaud. Mais je n'en tiens pas rigueur dans la note car j'ai passé un très bon moment dans ce joli quartier typiquement local.

I had a great time in this accommodation.
It started with a very smooth arrival and meeting the owner, Hung Manh, and his sweet companion, a dog named Kem.
The owner is very friendly and caring, making sure that his guests enjoy their stay.
The accommodation was clean, quiet, and located very conveniently. Street food is literally around the corner so you don't have to walk far for delicious food.
It had everything that I needed. On top of that, the city view was beautiful.
I can recommend this accommodation to everybody coming to Ho Chi Minh City!
